Hccrw(hchrw)outdoor high-voltage ac drop type fuses,a kind of overcurrent protective device,is applied in the overload,short-circuit protection and power isolation of the outdoor ac50hz distribution line and distribution transformer with rated voltage of 6-35kv.
Drop type fuse is one of the most widely used products in the distribution network and distribution system.The traditional drop type fuse has various defects such as:Unstable breaking performance,low throughput capacity,short operation life,etc.,and these defects have not been satisfactorily solved for decades.Along with the development of the social economy and the increase of requirements on power supply reliability,the electric power system has increased its requirements on quality of this product.For that,hifuture electric performs detailed research on various kinds of drop type fuses at home and abroad and asks for many advices and suggestions from the endusers,on the basis of which,new type of hccrw(hchrw)series outdoor high-voltage ac drop type fuses are successfully developed. The technical parameters of hccrw(hchrw)series outdoor high-voltage ac drop type fuses have achieved the requirements of iec2822 standard,dl/t64097 standard,gb15166.3-94 standard and american standard ansi/ieee37.41.These products also pass the type test of national high voltage apparatus quality supervision &inspection testing center.Besides,we have applied a patent for utility model on the design of critical component.The patent number is 200720019400.2.
Point Product Patents
For the traditional products,compression joint method using riveting leaf spring is adopted for all the connections between the cartridge bottom rotary part (casting copper fttings)and the ower conductor.This compression joint method can only provide a very smallcontact area, and is apt to cause the contact resistance increasing and the contact becoming hot for various easons such as the dispersivity during closing operation and the elasticity decreasing caused by metal fatigue.When the leaf spring becomes hot,it willlose elasticity further and cause an even higher contact resistance,which can burn out the fuse at last.
This product creatively uses u-shaped spring instead of leaf spring,which not only improves the binding force but also ensures that the compression joint force will not be influenced by temperature.This structure greatly improves the operation reliability, and thoroughly solves the burn- out problems caused by poor contact of the drop type fuse.

Precise and Proper Integral Structure
This kind of fuse has a precisely and properly designed integral structure and is made of high quality materials with strict assembly process.For these reasons, each part of the fuse can operate freey and cooperate with each other steadily and reliably.Therefore,the fuse can not only operate reliably,but also is very simple and convenient for operation by the operator.
High Quality Materials
All the fittngs are properly designed and precisely manufactured.In addition,all of them are made of high quality materials,such as copper 62,silver coating with a thickness of more than 0.3mm,high quality zinc coating,etc.
Extra-High Mechanical Property And Fault Breaking Capability
In close operation,the cartridge can be in position precisely without any shake, rebound or tripping;the tripping action is absolutely effective,and it has nothing to do with the magnitude of fault current;and the cartridge has breaking capability for 12.5kA/12kV short circuit fault(each cartridge once).
Anti-ultraviolet Ray &Water-proof Cartridge
The cartridge comprised of epoxy glass fiber winding pipe and arc blow-out dielectric materials has anti-ultraviolet ray painting on the outer surface with high mechanical strength and long effective operation life.Its proper geometrical size and single-end venting performance speed up the air flow and further increase the capacity of arc blowing out.It can therefore meet the breaking requirements for both the strong and weak currents.
Stainless Steel Expansion Spindle
The expansion spindle made of stainless steel can ensure a steady and reliable connection between the cartridge and the casting copper trunnion,also it can ensure the precise drop of the cartridge when the fuse acts.
Upper and Lower Silver-to-Silver Contact
The conducting contacts at the fuse upper and lower ends are all of silver-to- silver structure,and the silver coating is more than 0.3mm,which ensures a lowest contact resistance.
High Strength Casting Copper Trunnion and Casting Copper Auricle with Silver Coating
The design of casting copper trunnion and casting copper auricle with silver coating provides high strength,precisely and freely matching,agile action and avoids cartridge shake during closing operation.
Parallel Slot Connecting Terminal
Casting copper parallel slot connecting terminals with silver coating provide two cable slots,which makes the cable connection very simple and reliable.
Anti-ice Cover with Zinc Coating
The design of the anti-ice cover can prevent rains from falling on the stainless spring and the upper contact,which prevents the fuse upper end from stopping action because of freezing.
Integrally Molded Upper And Lower Conducting Strip
The conducting parts of the fuse upper and lower ends both adopt integral copper pieces with silver coating without breaking points,which increases the conducting capability and reliability of the products.
