Generally speaking, the cycle for simple customized products is 2-4 weeks; More complex products, such as customized large substations, may have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. We will provide more accurate time estimates based on your specific needs during the requirements communication stage, and regularly provide progress feedback to you during the production process.

A The price of customized products is calculated based on factors such as product specifications, selected raw materials, and technical complexity. After the completion of the scheme design, we will provide a detailed quotation, which includes various details such as raw material costs, processing costs, testing costs, etc., to ensure transparent and reasonable prices.

A During the scheme confirmation phase, you can provide modification suggestions. We highly value your feedback and will revise and improve the plan based on your feedback. Even during the manufacturing phase, if there are minor non structural adjustments, we will do our best to coordinate and meet them. However, they may have an impact on the production schedule, and we will inform you promptly.

A It is best for you to prepare the expected use of the product, specific functional requirements, space limitations (if there are installation space requirements), budget range, and any special performance or parameters that you would like the product to have. The more detailed this information is, the faster we can design a solution that meets your needs.

A We conduct testing based on international standards such as IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards, as well as relevant domestic electrical product standards. For example, in electrical performance testing, the short-circuit withstand strength of switchgear will be tested according to the IEC 61439 standard; Mechanical performance testing is conducted in accordance with the GB/T 11022 standard to evaluate the mechanical operational performance of the product, ensuring reliable product quality.

A We offer multiple modes of transportation including sea, air, and land. Sea freight is suitable for large quantities of goods, with relatively low costs but longer transportation times; Fast air transportation speed, suitable for small batch goods with high time requirements; Land transportation is suitable for the transportation of goods in surrounding areas. You can choose according to your own needs and budget.

A Under normal circumstances, we will complete the order review within 1-2 working days. If the order information is complete and accurate, the review speed will be faster. If any issues are found during the review process, we will immediately communicate with you.

A For standard products, they can be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving payment; Customized products are produced according to the customized process and shipped after completion, with the specific time referring to the customization cycle. After shipment, we will provide the logistics tracking number and inquiry method as soon as possible.

A If you cancel before the order review, we will directly cancel the order for you; If the order has been approved but production has not yet started, you need to communicate with us in a timely manner, and we will negotiate and handle it according to the actual situation; If production has already started, canceling the order may incur certain costs, which will be calculated based on the production schedule and the costs already incurred.
