Compliant with IEC529 and DIN40050 international standards, the switchgear offers multiple protection levels: IP30 (against solids >2.5mm), IP40 (against solids >1.0mm), and custom IP54 (dust-tight and splash-proof from all directions). It is equipped with integrated short-circuit, overload, and leakage protection functions, effectively preventing equipment damage and personnel safety hazards.
Each functional unit operates as an independent withdrawable drawer, allowing maintenance and replacement without shutting down the entire power system. This design reduces unplanned downtime by up to 80%, minimizing production losses and improving overall operational efficiency.
We use premium electrical components including Emax, MT, 3WN, AH, and ME series circuit breakers for power distribution center (PC) cabinets, and high-break plastic-case circuit breakers or fuse-equipped rotary load switches for motor control center (MCC) cabinets.
